My brother Justin and I have been running Service Pro for almost a decade. We believe that customer service is the most important aspect of running a painting company. We want to be known for exceptional workmanship. Our aim is to get the job done right, on time and on budget. We started out a decade ago with this principle in mind...
‘Back then we were pretty good painters, but it is in customer service on which we built our business.’
We knew that there was typically a lack of service in most trades and we aimed at capitalizing on this trend by maintaining very high levels of service.
‘Redefining Service’ became our slogan and Service PRO became our name.
We painted our way through University and have done all sorts of work since our inception from large commercial projects like the CIBC Bank & TD banks to smaller residential repaints. Over the years we have continually strived for not only high levels of service, but quality workmanship as well.
