Painting FAQ. What you need to know.

No we do not require that you be home while we are doing our work. Just need to arrange for access to the areas we are painting so we can get our work accomplished. Many people even plan trips while we paint and can return to a completely finished paint job! We make always make sure to lock up and tidy up before we leave your home or business.

Yes, you can make changes to the scope of the project. We have always allowed our customers to make changes as the job progresses. However, all changes must be approved and signed off on by the client to ensure that they are properly recorded.  If the time-frame allocated does not allow for us to do the extra work, it may need to be rescheduled to a later time-slot.

Usually we stick to the schedule that we outline to you. If for whatever reason the weather pushes us back we will get in touch as soon as possible to let you know. We can’t control the weather, but we do our best to start during your scheduled time-slot. Priority is given if your project needs to be done for a ‘move-in’ so we lock in those projects with a firm date.

We usually schedule estimates on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4-6pm. We can always accomodate a time that is convenient for you, so just let us know when is best. We are looking forward to meeting you.

We require paint colours a week prior to your job starting.
