We have developed systems on site and proper training techniques in order to get employees to a high level of painting in a short amount of time. If you are experienced and willing to manage a team then we are happy to set you up in a great position to grow and succeed within our company. Over the past couple years, we have grown immensely and we have done so by creating proper systems with a strong team and are equipped with all the necessary tools to take on any project large or small. 

Our team is the most important asset to us and we make sure that we compensate every employee fairly and to their appropriate level. We want to make work enjoyable and want our employees to take pride in what they do. We provide professional uniforms and supply all the gear required to help make your work day productive and keep you feeling confident. We currently have a warehouse in a convenient central location stocked with tools and supplies. There is a full size fridge on site that we keep stocked with cold waters and sports drinks for our staff. Always a bonus during those very hot Okanagan days. We have portable stereos for sites if you need music to keep you motivated. Each new employee also receives their own tool kit stocked with the essential painting tools according to your skill level.
